This Japanese-Style peony provides glamour and colour where ever it is used. Very vigourus variety. Top Hat produces a bounty of medium-sized flowers with cardinal red petals surrounding a large fluffy centre of creamy white-light yellow stamens. 6” blooms. Loves well drained deep fertile soil.
