Refreshing minty chocolate leaves are delightful as a tea or in mohitos. You can start to harvest when the plants are 4" tall. Cut flowers off as they form and focus on the leaves. Mint is an aggressive grower so find a spot where it can spread or plant in a container that can be sunk in the fall to protect from winter cold.. Also nice in a hanging basket.
