Tall form that grows 4 to 4.5 feet tall. Flowers are pink or white with a red or rose tinge blooming over a long period. Plants form spreading clumps of tall upright stems and medium green leaves. Grow in moisture retentive soils in part to full open shade. Grows well in moist to damp soils too. The contrast between the very dark green foliage and white or pink flower makes this species particularly handsome. Will grow tallest in moist soil.
